Our location is near Seminole County Schools, one mile from Sanford Zoo and Sanford Marina, and only 30 minutes from several gorgeous beaches. We offer one and two-bedroom apartments with a vast array of amenities. Select homes feature dramatic vaulted ceilings and cozy fireplaces, and other apartments have screened-in patios and breathtaking Lake Monroe views.
